All items offered are subject to prior sale.

Prices are quoted in EUR and do not include 7% V.A.T., which is only applicable to customers inside the EC who don't have an own V.A.T.-ID.-Number.
Invoices are payable on receipt without delay and deduction. The items remain our property until the full amount of invoice has been paid

Shipping is made at purchaser's expense and risk.
When ordering on approvel ( only possible for customers we personally know) the customer is fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage from receiving the delivery until its complete return to us. Please return items you do not wish to keep within 10 days by insured mail.

New customers unknown to us are asked to send payment with order or to supply suitable trade references.

All disputes which may arise are subject to German law. In such a case Augsburg is the place of fulfillment and jurisdiction.

Fees of packing and shipping:

Inside Germany: Eur 10,-
Outside Germany: Eur 25,-
